A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve your event date and time. The remaining balance is due day of the event . Cancellations made at least 2 days in advance may transfer their deposit toward a future booking, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event and no-shows are non-refundable. Rental time includes setup and cleanup, and additional time used beyond the scheduled rental may incur extra charges. Renters are responsible for supervising all guests and children, leaving the space in reasonable condition, and covering the cost of any damages that occur during the rental period. The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. An optional staff member may be added for a flat fee of $60 and must be arranged in advance.
