Art Play Party (Ages 2-3)
Parties are held on Sundays -
Morning parties: 10:30am - 12:00pm
Afternoon parties: 3:00pm-4:30pm
An extra special party package for little artists!
Our Art Play Party is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers under 4 years old- they get to play, create, and get messy with their best buddies! Choose from one of our kid-approved themes and we’ll set up a studio full of fun and engaging art and sensory stations, and a keepsake photo craft to take home.
Choose a theme from the list below and we’ll customize each station. (We’re happy to discuss a custom theme for an extra $100 fee.)

PARTY FLOW:
- The first 60 minutes are reserved for sensory play and art making,
- The last 30 minutes are reserved for snacks, cupcakes, presents etc.
- All of our parties are 90 minutes, no exceptions. Once the party is over you will have 20 minutes to clean up any food/presents/decorations - we’ll clean up everything else! There will be a $50 late fee added for staying past your designated party time.
FOOD + DECORATIONS:
- You may arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up any decorations you wish to bring. The studio is fun and colorful so we recommend keeping any decorations simple. A few balloons or a birthday banner are great!
- The last 30 minutes of the party are reserved for food/cake/presents. You are welcome to bring snacks, pizza, cupcakes, drinks, etc. We are a NUT FREE studio, so please make sure you do not bring any food that contains peanuts or tree nuts.
- We have colorful, reusable plates, cups, napkins, and compostable forks available for you to use as an eco-friendly option. If you would rather bring your own themed paper products though, that’s fine too!

- 15 Helium Balloons (choose 1-3 colors) +$35
- 24 Pastry Shop Cupcakes (chocolate or vanilla, your choice of frosting colors) +$72
- Once we receive your party inquiry we will reach out to discuss availability and details via email or phone call. A 50% deposit is required to book your date. We'll request a final headcount and bill the remaining balance the Monday before your party.
- In case of inclement weather or illness of the birthday child, parties may be cancelled. Our small business depends on our party model, so all deposits are nonrefundable. We will do our best to offer a date to reschedule, but this is not guaranteed.
- By placing a deposit on a party, you agree to accept the following terms:
I/ we do hereby agree to release Hooray Art, and all associated persons, from liability for any accident or injury sustained during the time spent at Hooray Art for this party or related activities. I grant permission for myself and/ my children to voluntarily participate in activities related to the birthday party. I have advised the guests of this party and their parents that photos may be taken and used strictly for the purpose of Hooray Art. I have also advised that clothing that can get messy! I/ we will not make claim against or sue Hooray Art.
