Throw your next party or special event at the Art Studio!
DETAILS:
+ For children-adults turning age 6+ & up
+ Parties hosted on SUNDAYS only
+ Time: 2:00pm - 4:00pm only
+ Parties typically need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
+ Total occupancy should equal 20 attendees
+ Great projects for Teens & Adults too.

GENERAL PARTY SCRIPT:
Studio sets up
(+45 minutes family set-up time)
+ 30 minutes: Welcome time! / Birthday banner drawing
+ 50 minutes: Art-making / 2 main projects + 4 side projects + 25 minutes: Cake & treats
+ 15 minutes: Choice time/Farewell time!
Studio cleans-up.
FOOD, DRINK & UTENSILS:
+ Supplied by the host family
INCLUDED:
+ 25 minute in-person planning meeting
+ 2 main art projects, 4 side projects
+ Basic Decorations / Table cloths, birthday banner & birthday signage

Parties need to be BOOKED at least 2-weeks in advance.Please submit full payment 10 days prior to the scheduled event. Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Party may be rescheduled up to 1 weeks prior to the scheduled event, but there is no guarantee that your second preference will be available.

Payment is final- With exceptions for emergency situations or illness.

Adult Family and friends are welcome to attend.. Drop-off is also welcome. Please consider that we may encounter situations where the room is too full. Please be advised that visitors may be asked to limit their time if there are more than 20+ attendees in the space.
4.
HHAS is a nut-free zone. Please do not bring nuts of any kind to the Studio.
5.
During drop-off time, All parents and caregivers will be asked to sign a release form
6.
All children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult.
