Superheroes in Training is a unique Sweat NJ Kids program that adds a superpower-twist into gym class while infusing martial arts techniques. Your child will safely learn how to properly perform squats, lunges, planks, sit-ups, push-ups while developing self discipline, respect, patient and concentration. Each session will be inspired by a superhero with movement that our hero possesses.

Class registration includes an hour of open play (must be used before or after class).

Regular Registration: $200/6 weeks
