Time Options (select one):
• 11:00 am–12:30 pm
• 11:30 am–1:00 pm
• 12:00 pm–1:30 pm
• 1:00 pm–2:30 pm
• 1:30 pm–3:00 pm
• 2:00 pm–3:30 pm

Estimated Headcount
• Requests for this package should be for 16–25 students.
• For groups larger than 25 students, there is a fee of $6 per additional student.
• If there are fewer than 16 students, please submit a request for our HSC Field Trip 1–15 Students package.

In the Add-ons / Special Requests box, please include:
• Grade level(s)
• School name
• Number of adults (teachers and chaperones - 2 adults are included in the base fee - additional adults are $6 each)
• Class selection (see options below)
