I AM KIDS yoga classes are a fusion of yoga and conscious play, sprinkled with storytelling, song and dance! We will learn yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

• Students will meet up with yoga instructor, Ms. Jessica, after school. We are still waiting for school to tell us which room we will meet in each week. Our yoga class is 1 hour. Please let us know if your child goes to after care or you will be picking them up.
