Description
This is the second part of a 12 week course (in two, six-week sessions) that will cover a broad history of art, beginning with Ancient Egypt and ending at 20th century Expressionism. The schedule will be as follows, specific details of each class subject to change:
Part II: March 9 - May 11, 2018
March 9: The Italian Renaissance
March 23: Baroque and Realism
April 13: Romanticism
April 27: Impressionism and Modernism
May 4: Fauvism and Expressionism
May 11: Contemporary
Notes:
We will meet Fridays from 4 - 5 PM for 6 weeks in a row. Please provide an extra after-school snack for your child, as I'm sure they will be hungry!
