Cheerleading Club is an introduction to basic cheerleading skills, empowerment chants and routines. Our cheerleaders will focus on learning basic cheer motions, jumps, and limited tumbling. Participants will build confidence, coordination and teamwork skills. The club incorporates elements from different types of exercise such as cardio, dance, and yoga. We use a variety of fun games and equipment to develop balance, movement, and motor skills as well as listening to instruction. Join us to help promote ICS spirit and pride!!!
