Description
Using the ancient teachings of yoga as our guide, children explore the eight limbs of yoga through arts and crafts, breathwork, storytime, guided imagery, and physical postures. We will focus on creating mindful pieces and relate what we imagine to what we are feeling in our bodies. Students leave the class with improved concentration and coordination, increased confidence and self esteem, reduced stress and anxiety, and physical and mental strength and flexibility.
