

The Mini Trailblazers Weekday package takes place in our Mini Trailblazers Room. This thoughtfully designed space is perfect for children up to age 5 and imaginative, age-appropriate play. Featuring high ceilings, padded pastel walls for added safety, non-toxic rubber flooring, and interactive wall robots that encourage hands-on discovery, the room offers a playful yet elevated environment for younger guests. High-end wooden furniture adds a modern touch, while an interactive ball wall keeps little explorers engaged. A quartz countertop with sink and a round 5-foot diameter table provide the ideal setup for cake, gifts, and party favor bags—creating a warm, seamless, and memorable birthday celebration.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required to secure your date
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event
Parties are confirmed only once the deposit is received
SERVICE CHARGE
A 10% service charge helps us provide a smooth and stress-free experience by supporting our team with setup, management, marketing, coordination, and cleanup so you can fully enjoy your event
BOOKING POLICIES
All party pricing is final and non-negotiable
Payments accepted: credit card, debit card, ACH, or Zelle
Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis
SALES TAX
All services, packages, and applicable fees are subject to sales tax in accordance with New York State law
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
One complimentary reschedule permitted if requested 14+ days in advance
Changes made within 14 days may incur a $150 rescheduling fee
Final guest count, add-ons, and details must be confirmed 14 days prior
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance: payments beyond deposit refunded
Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable (reschedule may be offered but at least 24 hours notice is required)
Medical exception (with note): one-time reschedule permitted
WAIVER & GUEST LIST
All guests must have a signed waiver prior to entry
Final guest list or guest count is due 14 days prior
GUEST COUNT & LIMITS
Packages include a set number of guests
Additional guests must be approved and paid for in advance
Unapproved additional guests will be charged to the card on file
Maximum capacity limits are strictly enforced
FOOD & DECOR POLICIES
Pizza and juice/infused water for children are included
Outside food/drink for children not permitted (exceptions pre-approved)
Adult catering must be arranged through Jetsetter
Clients may bring cake, cupcakes, desserts and goodie bags only
Decor:
Outside balloons or decorations must be pre-approved
No confetti, glitter, or wall attachments
Third party vendors must be pre-approved and provide a Certificate of Insurance
PLAY & SAFETY
Grip socks are required for all children, socks for adults. No shoes or bare feet
Adults are not permitted on play structures
Children must be supervised at all times
Jetsetter reserves the right to end the event for unsafe behavior or damage (no refund)
PHOTOGRAPHY
Jetsetter may capture photos/videos for promotional use unless declined in writing.
