Classic Jitterbash

The Classic Jitterbash Party Package includes everything you need for a magical, stress-free celebration! From start to finish, our team handles set up and clean up, providing exclusive use of the Jitterbug studio and a dedicated party planner to help you customize every detail. Guests are welcomed into a vibrant, performance-themed experience led by our Jitterbug teachers and assistants, complete with basic decorations, music and choreography activities, and studio equipment and materials — from sound systems and instruments to craft supplies and props, all supervised by our staff. Each party includes a themed performance activity, plus a face painting or craft station, paper goods, and juice boxes for your guests. We even provide the essentials like cake plates, napkins, utensils, and serving tools, so you can simply show up, celebrate, and make memories that sparkle!

Final Head Count
The final headcount confirmed the week prior to the party will be the amount invoiced. If additional children attend the party, a fee will be added per extra child to the final invoice. Invoicing adjustments cannot be made in the event that fewer children attend on the day of, due to supplies and prep made based on the confirmed headcount. Any active/mobile child will be counted in the final headcount.

Theme
We can work with just about anything your Jitterbug wants to do! You don't have to know the theme when you book, but we do need to know at least two weeks in advance. We will contact you the week of your party to finalize any small, last minute details.

Payments
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date. Your remaining balance and any add-on items will be due the day of the party. The deposit is non-refundable, but can be applied to a different day if you need to switch your date up to four weeks before your party.

You can arrive 15 minutes before your party begins. We are party experts, and everything will be set up before your arrival! If you have any finishing touches you want to add, your party helpers are more than happy to help you unload and set up before guests begin to arrive. Unless previously arranged, please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party.

We make it our goal for the birthday parents to be completely stress free!
In order to have all preparations completed on our end and before you arrive we ask that the birthday family arrive no sooner than 15 minutes before the party. We know 15 minutes may not seem like a long time, but when all you have to do is pop in with finishing touches, we promise you will be amazed at how quick and easy it is.

If you feel you need more setup time or extra time to unload, additional set-up time is available at $25/half hour.
