A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the special day.

If a high percentage of rain is forecasted the day before and the day of your party, we will issue a full refund minus a 5% credit card processing fee. For the safety of our children and staff, we do not host parties in the rain or when the party space is wet or deemed unsafe.

Off-site parties are available May–September 2026. The All-Star Package allows up to 5 additional kids, with a maximum of 30 children total.

Please include your requested park/location in the Add-Ons or Special Requests section. The location must be loading-accessible for our equipment. If booking at a park, families are responsible for making any required reservation directly with the park to secure their spot, as this is not handled by our team.
