This class is dedicated for the beginner leveling up. A student who has learned the basics and is ready to take those moves to the next level, along with new moves that will elevate thier level and creativity.

- Warm up/ Stretch (10 minutes)
- Basic Instruction (10 minutes)
- Routine building or advance movement conditioning (15 to 20 minutes)
- Battle Time (10 minutes)
- Final Notes and Freeze Dance and or other games (10 to 15 minutes)
