Program designed to prepare new students for the art of Pole Dance.
All movements will be done at least one limb on the floor.
You will not be expected to lift your entire weight off the floor right away.
Before requesting Private Lessons we request all students to complete at least 12 Pole sessions.
Be 5 minutes late
Class will not re-teach anything so be on time.
