An annual, non-refundable registration fee of $140 is required per family to unlock online booking for your child(ren) at Kids Garden Evergreen. This fee covers administrative costs and initial enrollment materials and includes a full year of Kids Garden Evergreen membership benefits for your family.

To get started, add a membership to your cart and complete checkout. Payment is due at the time of registration.

Once checkout is complete, you’ll be able to book your child(ren)'s first day at Kids Garden Evergreen! During booking, you’ll be prompted to sign your family’s registration paperwork and upload individual child health forms, including Immunization and Health Appraisal paperwork.
