1. Reservation and Payment Terms

All private events must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

A non-refundable full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.

No event will be confirmed without full payment.

2. Use of Facilities

The Client is permitted to use designated areas of the Center only during the agreed event time.

All event activities must be appropriate for a childcare setting and must be approved by the Center in advance.

The Client must ensure that all guests follow the Center's rules and safety guidelines.

3. Liability and Indemnification

The Client accepts full responsibility and liability for all event participants, including children and adults, during the event.

The Client agrees to assume all liability for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs during the event, regardless of cause.

The Client also assumes full liability for any damage to the Center’s property, equipment, or facilities caused by themselves or their guests.

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kids Garden Evergreen, its staff, owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to the event.

4. Supervision and Safety

While Center staff may be present to monitor facility use, the Client is solely responsible for supervision of all children and guests during the event.

The Client must ensure appropriate adult supervision is provided at all times.

The Center is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the event.

The Center reserves the right to cancel an event for safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered at the Center’s discretion.
