Sample Class Format
For the first 30 minutes students will warm up and work on specific skill instruction, then 15 minutes of obstacle course training, 5 minute cool down and then 10 minutes of free play to finish!
What To Bring
Students should wear comfy clothes with no zippers/snaps/or buttons, and should bring a water bottle, all other materials are provided.
