Each child pays a once-per-calendar-year enrollment fee that includes a KOAA jersey, season medal, program stickers/props, and administrative costs. The fee is charged with the first registration of the year, including drop-ins.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The membership fee is non-refundable.
Canceling a class registration does not cancel the annual membership, as the membership covers participation in KOAA programs for the full calendar year.
The membership automatically expires at the end of the calendar year and does not automatically renew unless a participant registers for a new program in the following year.
