You don’t need a special reason to party! Package 3: Private Event Imagination Kingdom offers the ultimate flexibility, giving you exclusive access to Krayon Park while you bring your own food, drinks, and decor.

👥 Headcount & Ratios
Birthday VIPs: The birthday child and two parents are FREE and do not count toward your guest total.
Included Guests: This package covers up to 45 children.
Supervision Ratio: To ensure safety, we require a 2:1 child-to-adult ratio (e.g., at least 20 adults for 40 children).
Need more? You can add more guests up to a total of 80 people (combined children and adults) for $30 per additional child, including the accompanying adult.
🍕 Food & Beverages
Bring Your Own Food & Drinks: All food and beverages for children and adults must be provided by the party host.
You are welcome to bring your own plates, napkins, cups, utensils, and other serving supplies.
Alcohol Policy: To ensure a safe, family-friendly environment, alcohol is permitted only with this private event package.
🏢 Your Private Space & Service
Exclusive Access: Enjoy private access to Krayon Park and our dedicated Art Room (Room 3) for the entire 3-hour event.
Seating: Includes children’s tables and chairs. We will also provide adult-sized chairs.
Expert Help: Our Party Coordinator will assist with all details and questions before your scheduled event to ensure everything is perfect.
🕒 Setup & Timing
Early Arrival: You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to set up.
Pro Tip: For a stress-free day, drop off your decorations the week before! Our party coordinator will handle the setup for you at no extra charge.
Post-Event Exit: We provide a 10-minute grace period after your party ends to pack up. To avoid a $150 late fee (charged in 30-minute increments), please ensure the room is vacated promptly so we can prepare for the next guest.
👟 Safety & Comfort
Required Footwear — Children: Children must wear grippy/sticky socks for safety. Bring your own or purchase a pair for $8.
Adults: Standard socks are required (no bare feet or shoes).
Relaxation: We provide adult-sized benches throughout the play area so you can relax in comfort while the kids play.
