Class Experience

Kids Aerial Yoga with Michele of Flying Beach Yoga is a class designed to empower and uplift kids to their highest authentic selves. Using the colorful hammocks, we develop increased proprioception of where our bodies are in time and space in relation to the earth. The aerial yoga practice is powerful for kids in building self awareness, self confidence, and strength in a fun environment. Kids need to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing that does not have buttons or zippers as it can rip the fabric. (Also no jewelry). Their adults are welcome to stay or go during the class. Space is limited to 10 so pre-registration is required. Ages 7 and up.

Meet your Instructor

Michele F.

Michele’s classes are fun while therapeutic, informational and experiential in nature. Each session is a guided journey through the body, using the breath, and inviting the mind to align, creating union of the three. She loves teaching both aerial yoga & kids yoga as they are practices of connecting to the inner child within us all, inviting play and joy in, lighting the path to our own divinity. For it is not a matter of if magic exists or not, it’s that we search.
