Class Experience

Kids Yoga classes are fun classes that seem more like playtime to the kids than yoga. Our instructors will take the kids through a series of yoga poses all the while teaching them to connect their movements with their breath. This is done through yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and meditation. During the class, you can expect your child to have a kids yoga class, time to eat dinner, and time for yoga themed games or activities.

For ages 5 to 11. Child MUST be potty trained.

For the 5:30pm classes, please bring your child’s packed dinner and water as there will be time to eat.

Bring a yoga mat and some water to drink. Kids Yoga Mats available for purchase at studios for $20 or available for rental for $1.

Meet your Instructors

Michele F.

Michele’s classes are fun while therapeutic, informational and experiential in nature. Each session is a guided journey through the body, using the breath, and inviting the mind to align, creating union of the three. She loves teaching both aerial yoga & kids yoga as they are practices of connecting to the inner child within us all, inviting play and joy in, lighting the path to our own divinity. For it is not a matter of if magic exists or not, it’s that we search.
