Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Yellow Membership provides unlimited open play for one child per month and is billed automatically at $55 plus tax. This introductory price is available for a limited time and may change for new sign-ups. Membership applies only to the child registered and cannot be transferred. Open play is available during regular business hours and subject to space availability; unused days do not roll over. To avoid charges for the next cycle, cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the billing date.
