Private Event Package

Event Details:

• Space Availability: Our venue is perfect for your private event and includes all necessary supplies.

• Supplies Included:

• Materials for wall drawing

• Toys and play stations

• A library for reading and exploration

• Projector: Available for presentations or entertainment.

Setup:

• Tables and seating will be provided to accommodate all children.

• Arrangements ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for your large group.

Catering:

• You have the option to cater your food or bring in your own vendors. Suggested vendors include:

• Music: DJs or live bands to enhance the atmosphere.

• Entertainment: Magicians , musicians, clowns for your engaging performances.

Rental Cost:

• Total Fee: $1,500 for a half-day rental (available slots: 8 AM to 12:30 PM or 2 PM to 6:30 PM), which includes preparation and cleanup time.

Additional Services:

• Wall Cleaning: We offer cleaning of the walls post-drawing activities for an additional $60.

• Space Maintenance: You are responsible for leaving the space as it was found, including collecting your trash and recycling ( can be stored in the studio )

• Studio Assistant: Option to add a studio assistant for main operations at an extra fee of $200

Policy

### Private Event Package Policy

**1. Booking and Payment:**
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made the day of the event

**2. Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged the full rental fee.

**3. Use of Space:**
- The space is to be used for the intended purpose only. Any damages to walls or supplies will be charged to the responsible party.
- All activities must be supervised by an adult at all times.

**4. Cleaning and Setup:**
- We will handle the cleanup of walls for a fee.
We will dispose trash and recycling bags after the event.
- Please ensure that all personal items and decorations are removed at the end of the event.

**5. Liability:**
- The event host assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

**6. Changes to Policy:**
- We reserve the right to update or modify these policies as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the event host.
