### Private Event Package
**Event Details:**
- **Space Availability:** Our space is available for your private event, complete with our supplies.
- **Supplies Included:**
- Materials for drawing on the walls
- Toys and playing stations
- A library for reading and exploration
**Setup:**
- Tables and seating will be provided to accommodate all the children.
- Everything will be arranged to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for your large group.
**Rental Cost:**
- **Total Fee:** $1500 for a half-day rental.
**Additional Services:**
- We will handle cleaning the walls after the drawing activities.
- Any leftover trash will be taken care of, leaving the space in great shape for future use.

### Private Event Package Policy
**1. Booking and Payment:**
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made the day of the event
**2. Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged the full rental fee.
**3. Use of Space:**
- The space is to be used for the intended purpose only. Any damages to walls or supplies will be charged to the responsible party.
- All activities must be supervised by an adult at all times.
**4. Cleaning and Setup:**
- We will handle the cleanup of walls and trash after the event.
- Please ensure that all personal items and decorations are removed at the end of the event.
**5. Liability:**
- The event host assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
**6. Changes to Policy:**
- We reserve the right to update or modify these policies as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the event host.
