Private Party Rental at Le Meraviglie Art

Enjoy our creative studio for your own special celebration!
$1,200 · 3.5-hour rental, including setup time · Up to 60 guests, including children and adults
Your rental includes:
* Exclusive use of the studio for 3.5 hours, including your decorating and setup time.
* Magna-Tiles, play stations, books and beautiful light-play materials for children to enjoy.
* Tables and seating for up to 25 children, arranged before your arrival. We’re happy to arrange the space according to your preferred setup.
* A studio assistant to help with the space, supplies and practical needs throughout your event. Guided activities and childcare are not included.
* Full cleanup afterward, including trash removal and wall cleaning if you choose the mural add-on.
Optional mural add-on — $200: We can provide a large drawing mural on the wall, along with drawing sticks for children to use and create together throughout the celebration.
You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, drinks and decorations to make the celebration your own.

### Private Event Package Policy
**1. Booking and Payment:**
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
- Full payment must be made the day of the event
**2. Cancellation Policy:**
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be charged the full rental fee.
**3. Use of Space:**
- The space is to be used for the intended purpose only. Any damages will be charged to the responsible party.
- All activities must be supervised by an adult at all times.
**4. Cleaning and Setup:**
- We will handle the cleanup after the event.
**5. Liability:**
- The event host assumes full responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the event.
- We are not liable for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
**6. Changes to Policy:**
- We reserve the right to update or modify these policies as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the event host.
