The League of Young Inventors teams up with the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music to create a whole new sound! Learn about some of the greatest musical inventions... then make your own. Kids will learn how sound and materials work together to create their own original instruments. A banjo made of rubber bands and saran wrap — why not! Half-way through the day, Bryan Drye, BKCM's Community Music School Director will join the fun, working with the young musicians to compose their own original music for this new orchestral landscape. No prior music experience necessary.
