The Bejeweled Bash
A birthday celebration with a little more sparkle. The Bejeweled Bash brings permanent jewelry to the Atelier for a one-of-a-kind celebration where every guest receives their own permanent bracelet to mark the occasion.
Your party includes a permanent jewelry experience for up to 12 children, along with exclusive use of the 2,600-square-foot Atelier. Guests can explore our open-ended playroom, sensory water table, and beautifully styled spaces throughout the celebration, while grown-ups can relax in our comfortable lounge and enjoy the dining area for cake and refreshments.
The Atelier is fully prepared before your arrival and completely reset afterward, so you can simply arrive, celebrate, and enjoy the day.
A little bit playful, a little bit glamorous, and completely unforgettable—this is a birthday party made for celebrating friendship and creating a keepsake they can wear long after the candles are blown out.

We're honored you've chosen Lille Ro Atelier for your celebration! Our goal is to create a joyful, welcoming experience where families can create, explore, and celebrate together.
Booking & Payment
-A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date.
-The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your celebration.
-Bookings are not confirmed until both the agreement and deposit have been received.
Guest Count
Celebrations include the maximum number of guests outlined in your selected celebration package. Additional guests may incur an additional fee and must be approved in advance.
Arrival & Departure
-The host family may arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled celebration time for final preparations.
-Please help ensure all guests depart promptly at the end of your reserved time so we can prepare for the next event.
Food & Decorations
-You're welcome to bring birthday cake, cupcakes, and any food or drinks you'd like to provide. The host family is responsible for any needed paper products (there's an add-on option for us to handle this for you!)
-Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the space. Please do not use nails, screws, confetti, glitter, or anything requiring permanent adhesive. Painter's tape is permitted. (add-on available!)
-All food and decorations brought into the atelier must be removed at the conclusion of the celebration.
Adult Supervision
-At least one parent or designated adult must remain on-site throughout the celebration.
While Lille Ro staff facilitate the creative experience, parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and guests.
Safety
-Children are expected to treat the atelier, materials, and one another with care and respect.
-Any allergies, medical needs, or accommodations should be shared with us before your celebration.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
-Deposits are non-refundable.
-If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Requests made at least 14 days before the celebration may transfer the deposit to a new available date within six months.
-Cancellations made within 14 days of the celebration are non-refundable.
Photography
-Lille Ro Atelier may occasionally photograph the space during celebrations for marketing purposes. No close-up images of children will be used without prior parent or guardian permission.
