On-the-Go Birthday - Traditional Style, Ages 5yrs+

- All materials are provided and included in the price for the project, free draw supplies, and playdough time.
- Aprons from our studio can be brought for up to 14 kids when possible (depends on conflicts in studio and the project).
- When given advanced notice (two weeks), we can bring disposable tablecloths.
- Tables/chairs need to be provided by the location.
- We can provide a short list of possible locations should you need ideas!

Traditional Style: Coordinated teacher-led project. 
Ages 5 and Up!

1 hour of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
Within the hour of service, we plan for a 30-45 minute art project and 15-30 minutes of Free Draw and Playdough time. **Our services begin when the party begins. We set up before the party, have free draw for arrival time (usually 10-15min) and then begin the project once every one arrives (max 15min after the start time).

$325 for 10 participants and $12 per participant after the original 10 (if it's within CDC guidelines). 

Estimated number of participants must be declared by Tuesday the week of the party and that will be the final total charged due to the preparation required!

For Traditional Style Parties with more than 14 participants, there is an automatic $50 fee to accommodate the additional assistant that will be needed for every 7 additional participants.

Travel fees are included when locations are further than a ten minute drive from the studio. We charge a base of $5.00 and $.50 per minute of travel.  PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADDRESS WITH YOUR REQUEST.

Policy

DEPOSIT:
Once your date/time is confirmed, we will send you a deposit link! After your deposit is purchased, the date and time cannot be altered unless it's due to severe inclement weather. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate another time/date.

FINALIZING DETAILS WEEK-OF PARTY:
The week of the party:Monday before the party: We'll reach out to provide options for the project based on the birthday person's interests/party theme :) If there's already something in mind, please let me know and I'll add that to the notes on the reservation!

A FINAL HEADCOUNT is required by WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE PARTY. It is always better to overestimate rather than under estimate in case maybes do show up and we'll send home extra pre-prepped supplies. *AFTER WEDNESDAY, THERE IS A LATE FEE of $25/ea.

FINAL BILL: A payment request will be sent via our booking system Sawyer for the remaining balance (minus the deposit). Any payments not settled within a month of the request will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
