Extended Birthday Party, 5yrs+
For ages 5 and up: 1.5 hour party with 15 minutes before to arrive and set up, 15 minutes after to pack and leave (Studio reserved for 2hrs).
$385 for 8 participants, $15 per extra.
Max 16 participants, Min. 8 participants. Drop Off required when 12 or more participants.
During the party, we plan with the following schedule in mind. All birthday party projects are personalized to the birthday child's interests and we will email the Monday before the party to discuss ideas!
5 Yrs and Older Party:
5-10 Minutes Welcome and Free Draw
20-30 Minutes of Artmaking
10-15 Minutes of Playdough play
45 Minutes to 1 hour of Cake Break, Gifts, and light play (we will have limited toys available but the playdough can stay out).
PLEASE NOTE: Extended Parties are available on Saturdays, 11:30-2:00 or 3:00-5:30 and Sundays, 10:30-1:00 or 2:00-4:30 at our Sylvan Park location only
For project planning purposes, please note anything the birthday kiddo is into these days in the "Special Requests" section. This can be a favorite show, food, activity, place, color, etc. OR a party theme if there is one OR a type of art they would like to do (ex. Painting). Any info helps so list away! :)

Birthday hosts may stay for up to 15 minutes after the party to pack up any leftover supplies brought.
Masks optional (The birthday host can decide whether to require masks or not!)
PARKING: Free on the street (where signs indicate) and free in the garage for 1.5 hours with a printed ticket on car dashes.
FOOD/BEVERAGES: Food and drinks are welcome in our space (adult beverages included). Families have done everything from pizza to simple snacks to cake only. We always have a lighter handy but do not provide any other utensils.
DECORATIONS: Decorations are welcome! We put "Happy Birthday ____" on our chalkboard that kids can draw on underneath.
DEPOSIT:
Once your date/time is confirmed, we will send you a deposit link! After your deposit is purchased, the date and time cannot be altered unless it's due to severe inclement weather. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate another time/date.
FINALIZING DETAILS WEEK-OF PARTY:
The week of the party:Monday before the party: We'll reach out to provide options for the project based on the birthday person's interests/party theme :) If there's already something in mind, please let me know and I'll add that to the notes on the reservation!
FINAL HEAD COUNT is DUE by WEDNESDAY the week of your party (or at least 3-4 days in advance if it's not on the weekend). Please Note WE DO NOT MAKE EXTRAS for birthdays - we have a number of birthdays with personalized projects each weekend so extras would create a lot of waste. It is always better to overestimate rather than under in case maybes do show up and we'll send home extra pre-prepped supplies! Also, we have one person who preps all birthdays mid-week and needs to know how much for each project so there is a $25/ea fee for late additions.
