IN STUDIO ART PARTIES
WHERE: Birthdays are offered primarily in our Hillsboro Village studio but the Sylvan Park studio can be requested for parties that are 8 kids or fewer.
WHEN: Birthdays are booked for the following time slots: 10:30am-12:00pm, 1:00-2:30pm, or 3:30-5:00pm on Saturdays or Sundays.
PARTY LENGTH:
1-4yr Olds: When the party is majority this age group, we host ONE HOUR long parties within the standard time slot.
4yrs and Up: When the party is majority 4yrs or older, we host the 1.5hr long parties within the standard time slot.

PRICING and PARTICIPANT COUNT: Every party is a bit different with guest lists, we’re always happy to discuss!
1-4yr Olds: $275 for up to 5 participants, $10 per additional. A maximum of 10 guests is typical for this age if every child comes with one adult.
4yrs and Up: $300 for up to 8 participants, $15 per additional. A maximum of 16 guests is typical for this age if it is a drop off party. If it is a mix of parents staying and drop-off, we would need to discuss the cap!

Birthday hosts may arrive 15min to set up and stay for up to 15 minutes after the party to pack up any leftover supplies brought.
FOOD/BEVERAGES: Food and drinks are welcome in our space (adult beverages included). Families have done everything from pizza to simple snacks to cake only. We always have a lighter handy but do not provide any other utensils.
DECORATIONS: Decorations are welcome! We put "Happy Birthday ____" on our chalkboard that kids can draw on underneath.
DEPOSIT:
Once your date/time is confirmed, we will send you a deposit link! After your deposit is purchased, the date and time cannot be altered unless it's due to severe inclement weather. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate another time/date.
FINALIZING DETAILS WEEK-OF PARTY:
The week of the party:Monday before the party: We'll reach out to provide options for the project based on the birthday person's interests/party theme :) If there's already something in mind, please let me know and I'll add that to the notes on the reservation!
A FINAL HEADCOUNT is required by WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE PARTY. It is always better to overestimate rather than under estimate in case maybes do show up and we'll send home extra pre-prepped supplies. *AFTER WEDNESDAY, THERE IS A LATE FEE of $25/ea.
FINAL BILL: A payment request will be sent via our booking system Sawyer for the remaining balance (minus the deposit). Any payments not settled within a month of the request will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
