Little Art House Parties: On the Go!
WHERE: Clients' choice! We've provided our services at homes, parks, country clubs, etc. You book the location and we'll bring the fun!
WHEN: Birthdays are booked for the following time slots: 1:00-2:30pm, or 3:30-5:00pm on Saturdays or Sundays. 10:30am-12:00pm on SUN Only.
WHAT: Traditional OR Station style art activity
- All materials are provided and included in the price for the project, free draw supplies, and playdough (if there is time).
- Tables/chairs need to be provided by the location.
- We can provide a short list of possible locations should you need ideas!
- A final head count for all participants (anyone over the age of 1yr attending, including the birthday person(s)) is required the Wednesday PRIOR to the birthday!
- Travel fees are included when locations are further than a ten minute drive from the studio. We charge a base of $5.00 and $.50 per minute of travel. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADDRESS WITH YOUR REQUEST.
TRADITIONAL STYLE DETAILS
PARTY LENGTH:
1-4yr Olds: 45 minutes of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
4yrs and Up: 1 hour of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
PRICE:
1-4yr Olds: $285 for 5 participants and $8 per participant after the original 5.
4yrs and Up: $325 for 10 participants and $12 per participant after the original 10.
ATTENDANCE STYLE & TYPICAL STRUCTURE: Adult Assistance needed for kiddos 3yrs and younger unless permission has been granted in advance.

STATION STYLE DETAIL (all ages)
PARTY LENGTH: Two hours of service, 15 minutes on either end for set up/clean up.
PRICE: $350 for 10 participants and $15 per participant after the original 10
ATTENDANCE STYLE & TYPICAL STRUCTURE: For kiddos 3 and under, they’ll need adult assistance at the art making station
Within the two hours of service, the teacher and assistant/s will be present and ready to facilitate the project with participants as they come by. Typically limited to 8-16 seats at a time. Free Draw and the project are provided.

DEPOSIT:
Once your date/time is confirmed, we will send you a deposit link! After your deposit is purchased, the date and time cannot be altered unless it's due to severe inclement weather. If there is a cancellation due to inclement weather, we will do our best to accommodate another time/date.
FINALIZING DETAILS WEEK-OF PARTY:
The week of the party:Monday before the party: We'll reach out to provide options for the project based on the birthday person's interests/party theme :) If there's already something in mind, please let me know and I'll add that to the notes on the reservation!
A FINAL HEADCOUNT is required by WEDNESDAY PRIOR TO THE PARTY. It is always better to overestimate rather than under estimate in case maybes do show up and we'll send home extra pre-prepped supplies. *AFTER WEDNESDAY, THERE IS A LATE FEE of $25/ea.
FINAL BILL: A payment request will be sent via our booking system Sawyer for the remaining balance (minus the deposit). Any payments not settled within a month of the request will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
