Birthday Party

Send us what day and time you are looking to book, and we will back to you within 48 hours to discuss options! Once we secure a time and date a $200.00 deposit will be due to secure your party! This is non-refundable. Balance of $195.00 will be due at end of party!

Your party will get private and exclusive use of our entire play area for 1.5 hours. You may come 15 mins prior to party to set up and stay 15 mins (maximum) post party to load gifts/supplies. Spend one hour playing in our beautiful play space and a half hour eating and celebrating with friends in our party room. **Please Note** Once one hour of playtime has expired, our imaginative play side will close while your guests are in back party room. Our climbing area will remain open until guests leave party.

What's included:
Package includes two party instructors, one hour and thirty minutes of party time, and white tablecloths. Birthday family will supply paper products, food/drinks, decor, etc. We provide all set up and clean up on your day! We have a refrigerator to store any food. We recommend doing snacks and dessert, opposed to a full lunch/dinner, due to the limited time. Add-on option: We will include cups, plates, napkins, utensils, 24 water bottles and 12 juice boxes for 50.00. We will send a form with additional info and add-on choices once you have booked party.

How many children:
Parties includes 10 children, including birthday child. One caregiver per child may stay, two for birthday child. Maximum capacity is 25 attendees at our parties. Add-on option: we can take an additional 2 children for an added cost of 25.00 per child. This option will be provided in our party info form we send after you book!

Price:
The cost of a party is $395.00. $200 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The deposit goes towards your final payment which is due at the end of the party.

We are open to discussing different times/days so please let us know!
Saturdays- 12pm-1:30pm and 3pm-4:30pm
Sundays- 3pm-4:30pm

Policy

*$200 deposit is due to reserve date and time, balance due on the day of the party.

*Party room includes 4 kids tables, a 4 foot table for food/drinks, and white tablecloths.

*You receive 2 hour rental (1.5 hr party time and an additional 15 minutes for set up and 15 minutes for clean up.

*Outside food is allowed.

*Deposits are nonrefundable.
