Luxe Birthday Party Package
(2 Hours | 15 Children included)
Booking & Deposit
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Guest Count & Attendance
The Luxe Package includes up to 15 participating children.
Additional children may be added for $20 per child, pending space and staffing availability.
Final headcount is due 5 days before the party so materials can be properly prepared.
Arrival & Duration
Party duration is 2 hours total, including art time, celebration time, and cleanup.
Hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up food or decorations.
All guests must be picked up promptly at the end of the scheduled time.
Food & Decorations
Outside food is welcome, including snacks, cupcakes, and juice boxes.
Tablecloths, basic studio decorations, and aprons are provided.
Supervision, Safety & Conduct
A parent or guardian must remain on site for the entire duration of the party.
NO RUNNING is permitted in the studio at any time for safety reasons.
Children are expected to treat classmates, teachers, and studio materials with kindness and respect.
Destructive Behavior & Excessive Mess Policy
Intentional misuse of materials, destructive behavior, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow studio rules will not be tolerated.
Excessive mess or damage to studio materials, furniture, walls, floors, or equipment may result in a $25 excessive mess fee, charged after the party.
Additional charges may apply if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
Little Lemon Art Studio reserves the right to redirect, pause, or stop activities if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Reschedule requests made at least 7 days before the event will be accommodated when possible based on studio availability.
Allergies & Safety
Please notify the studio in advance of any allergies or medical needs among guests.
The studio is not a nut-free facility, but every effort is made to maintain a safe environment.
Liability
By booking a party, you acknowledge that art activities may involve materials such as paint, glue, and scissors. Little Lemon Art Studio is not responsible for accidental injury, damage to clothing, or loss of personal items.
