Booking & Deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Guest Count & Attendance
The Adult Package includes up to 8 participants in the original price.
Additional participants may be added for $48 per person, pending space and staffing availability.
Final headcount is due 7 days before the event so materials can be properly prepared.
Arrival & Duration
Event duration varies by workshop or party type and will be confirmed at booking.
Hosts may arrive up to 20 minutes early to set up food or beverages if desired.
All guests must depart promptly at the scheduled end time.
Food & Beverages
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome unless otherwise noted.
Alcohol is permitted only when explicitly approved in advance and must comply with local laws.
Table coverings, and basic studio setup are provided unless otherwise specified.
Supervision, Conduct & Studio Care
Guests are expected to treat instructors, fellow participants, and studio materials with respect.
Intentional misuse of materials, destructive behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.
Destructive Behavior & Excessive Mess Policy
Excessive mess or damage to studio materials, furniture, walls, floors, or equipment may result in a $25 excessive mess fee, charged after the event.
Additional charges may apply if damage exceeds normal wear and tear.
Little Lemon Art Studio reserves the right to redirect or stop activities if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
Reschedule requests made at least 7 days before the event will be accommodated when possible based on studio availability.
Allergies & Safety
Please notify the studio in advance of any allergies or medical needs among guests.
Liability
By booking an adult event, you acknowledge that art activities may involve materials such as paint, glue, and tools. Little Lemon Art Studio is not responsible for accidental injury, damage to personal belongings or clothing, or loss of personal items.
