Vanessa Thornton of South End Family Nutrition is a family dietitian and board-certified specialist in Pediatrics. She has more than 11 years of clinical experience helping growing families to find healthy, happy relationships with food. Vanessa works with people who are pregnant or postpartum, infants, toddlers, children and adolescents. She believes that food is a family affair and healthy eating starts with a positive, peaceful mealtime environment. Vanessa was the lead pediatric dietitian at Newton-Wellesley Hospital for 8 years. She is the Nutrition Expert for Tinyhood and serves on the faculty for the Commission of Dietetic Registration’s Obesity Prevention and Management Course. Vanessa lives in the South End with her husband and two beautiful children.

Claire Tian is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and completed her training at Down Under School of Yoga and CorePower Yoga. In addition to teaching power vinyasa, Claire also loves teaching children’s yoga and completed her 95-hour children’s yoga teacher training at KidPowerment. In her class, she focuses on building the mind-body connection through pranayama, clear alignment cues, and energetic music. As a trained musician, Claire always invites her students to find their own unique expressions by practicing self-acceptance and creativity. Her goal is to help students of all ages cultivate self-awareness on and beyond the mat while fostering a strong sense of community.

Dr. Juliana Galante is the founder of Pacer Physical Therapy, which she created to fill the gap in maternal health care and support women during their pregnancy & postpartum journeys. Juliana provides progressive exercise programs, manual therapy, and education to assist women in safely returning to exercise postpartum & staying active during pregnancy while decreasing the chances of injury. She has the experience, knowledge, and passion to cater to her client's unique needs. Juliana has helped countless women during her career, ranging from new moms recovering from difficult deliveries and moms with pain during pregnancy to mom marathoners with running-related injuries. Juliana practices at 665 Boylston Street, Boston and provides in-home visits as well.
