A $50 deposit required to reserve party date. Deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total party package.

Party balance is due no later 3 days before the party. There will be a $10.00 late fee assessed for past-due balances. The total party amount due must be paid before material preparation of the party activities can begin. Late payment may result in cancelation of the event.

We prepare activity materials based on the number of children confirmed with the studio office prior to sending out the final invoice. We understand that late RSVPs happen and we are happy to accommodate when possible, however we ask that we are notified ASAP if you receive a late RSVP so that we may prepare additional materials and set up extra place setting(s). We do not prepare extra materials just in case extra people show up. Failure to notify the studio office of extra attendees causes disruption to the flow of the party and may leave attendees without the appropriate materials.

Our party package allows for one adult per child in attendance with the exception of the birthday child, where two adults are included. Additional adults are $12.00 each.

We ask that families do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time to ensure that decorating and set up is complete, and we are prepared to surprise and delight your birthday child. To facilitate this, the outer doors will remain locked until 20 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time.
