Mash it up, mix it up and create artwork that is uniquely your own. We will be combining all different techniques and materials to create 2-d art, mixed media, relief, sculptures, and other 3D art. All materials, supplies, and instruction included. Each day we will start with a prompt (like "create a garden") and each child will be able to create their own unique artwork using a buffet of supplies and materials. We are here to guide and advise to let the creative flow free! Please note, images are just examples...each child will create their own unique artwork.

Ages entering 6th through 8th

Monday: Selfie! (mixed media self portraits)

Tuesday: How does your garden grow? (3d fabric, button and cardboard flower making)

Wednesday: Rock Star (record albums and cds)

Thursday: Batiks  (fabric dying)

Friday: Mash Up! (Fabric and Paper collages)

Good to Know

We do not provide food or sunscreen.  (we have snack packs available for purchase)

Please provide 1 snack for half day and 2 snacks and a lunch for full day and a water bottle. Apply sunscreen before coming if you need.  Kids may bring sunscreen, but they must self apply.  We go outside 1-3 times a day to the adjacent green space, weather permitting for 15-30 min.

Each camp classroom has 1 lead teacher and 1 assistant assigned to the room.

Every teacher and assistant is background checked and many are CPR/First Aid certified.

We understand kids get excited about art, however, we strive to provide a calm, nurturing and fun environment for all. If a child's behavior is disrupting the class, we will first have a conversation with that child and provide quite time, fidget time or a break if needed. If the behavior persists, we will provide detailed information in writing and inform the parent/guardian of behavior at time of pickup. Please read the code of conduct in the waiver for more information.

Big planning goes into camp and we cannot make exceptions to these policies as spots are more difficult to fill later in the year or during summer.

full day camps include a $100 non-refundable deposit.

Half day camps include a $50 non-refundable deposit.

Cancel by May 1st:

• Receive a refund minus the $100 deposit for full day camps or $50/half day camps

Cancel after May 1st:

• Not eligible for a refund, but you may transfer to a friend or different camp depending on availability.

• Recieve a credit to your account to use at a later date for summer camp or other class, camp or party booking.
