Basic Party

For our one-hour party room bookings, guests are not able to enter the party space before their reserved start time. Once you arrive, you will have 30 minutes to set up, followed by one hour of reserved party room time.

During the final 30 minutes of your overall reservation, our staff will begin cleaning and preparing the room for the next party. This helps us stay on schedule and ensure each family has a smooth, positive experience.

If you need additional setup time, we do offer an early setup add-on for an extra fee.

Policy

📆 Booking & Payment
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your date and time.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the party.

Parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.

Time slots are first-come, first-served.

⏰ Party Duration & Setup
Standard rental includes 2 hours of party time + 30 minute for setup before the party.

Cleanup time must be completed within 30 minutes after the party ends.

Additional time may be added (if available) for $45 per extra hour, arranged in advance.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests & Capacity
Party rental includes use of the space for up to 10 children and 40 total guests.

Additional children: $14

The host is responsible for ensuring that all children are supervised.

🎈 Decorations & Setup
You are welcome to bring your own decorations, tableware, and food.

No confetti, glitter, silly string, or piñatas are allowed.

All decorations must be easily removable and not damage walls or surfaces (no tacks, nails, or duct tape).

Bounce houses or outside large equipment are not permitted indoors.

🍕 Food & Drink
Outside food and cake are allowed.

No open flames (other than birthday candles).

Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

Please notify us in advance of any food allergies or special needs.

🧹 Cleanup
Hosts are responsible for removing personal items, leftover food, and decorations.

Trash must be placed in provided bins.

Excessive messes may incur a $50 cleaning fee.

👶 Supervision & Behavior
Children must be supervised at all times by parents or guardians.

Adults must wear socks on play surfaces at all times, and children must wear gripped socks at all times- there will be no shoes on the play surfaces.

Lume Enrichment is a zero-tolerance facility for unsafe behavior.

Staff may intervene if a child is at risk of harm to themselves, others, or the facility.

⚠️ Liability
Lume Enrichment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Hosts assume full responsibility for all guests during the rental period.

A waiver must be signed by the hosting family and by all guests with children attending.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the party will receive a full refund minus the deposit.

Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, though you may reschedule once (based on availability) within 3 months.
