Studio Party Package
Our Studio Party Package includes 1.5 hours of private studio use for up to 10 children. Bring your own instructor or vendor to lead a one-hour activity while Luna handles the party essentials, including pizza, drinks, basic paper goods, tables and chairs, setup and cleanup, and an onsite staff member. All outside instructors and vendors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI). Families provide the cake or dessert, specialty decorations, goodie bags, and any additional food or beverages.

- Additional 30 minutes of studio time (Birthday Parties) +$75
- Themed Party (themed decor, balloons, paper goods + activities) +$75
- cleanup/set up (food and table) +$100
- Additional 60 MINUTES for studio rental +$85
- Private Dance Instructor ( 1 HR ) (Events) +$150
- Studio Staffing (REQUIRED for rentals 20+ people) (1 hr) +$30
- Additional Children (Birthday Party Package and 1 Hr Birthday) +$25
- Travel to Off-Site Venue +$200

Cancellations
All sales final. No refunds. May receive credit for future classes/events/programs (restrictions apply).
Luna Performing Arts will follow the NYC Public School calendar for closings related to bad weather. Luna Performing Arts will not be held accountable for extreme weather or other unforeseen events and will not provide a refund or credit for classes/programs/events canceled in the case of these events.
Luna Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel a class/program/event as a result of insufficient registration. A full refund, including registration fee where applicable, will be provided in this case.
