Thank you for your interest in booking a Birthday Bash at Make Creative Studio! We are excited to celebrate with you and your child at their party! Below are the details you will need to throw a successful party at Make Studio.

We will email you within 48 hours when we receive your inquiry with suggested dates and times for your bash. Please check your inbox and spam folders.

• Your bash is 2 hrs in length. Your bash will include a guided art activity, a time to enjoy food or cake (approx. 30 minutes) and potential time to go to the playground. *Please be mindful of the time as other parties or events may be after yours.
• We request that you, the parent or guardian, stay with your child during the party. Other children may be dropped off at the studio during the event.
• The studio will supply the space to host up to 12 children, including siblings. Children under the age of 4 must have an adult remain with them and assist the child at the party with special permission of the Director. Additional children can be added on a limited basis.
• Food is not supplied by the studio, but you are welcome to bring the food you wish. Tables will have plastic tablecloths and party signs on them, but you will need to supply your own additional decorations if desired. It is recommended that you bring plastic tablecloths.
• Children will be monitored on the playground by the parent. In the event of inclement weather, the party assistant will lead the children in a simple indoor game.
• Your Bash Assistant will lead the party, as well as clean up the space after the party.
• You may arrive up to thirty minutes before the beginning of the bash to set up decorations. Please do not arrive any later than fifteen minutes before the party begins.
• Parking: Parking is available at the studio main entrance. Our address is 5200 Grove Avenue. We are housed inside of St. Giles Church, but our entrance is on the Greenway Avenue side of the church. Please park near the entrance to the building if space is available. Directions are here: https://www.makestudiorva.com/#/ (scroll to bottom of page). Please share these directions with your party goers and encourage them to enter through that door.
• Your bash date and acknowledgement of this information is secured by confirmation via deposit on Sawyer for Make Creative Studio.
• Please email angie@makestudiorva.com with your choice of themes and/or sizes and numbers of party favors as listed on the website if you have not already done so.
• Please encourage children attending to wear clothing that can get paint, glue, etc. on them.
• Cancellation Policy: The birthday bash deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due upon completion of the party. If you need to cancel your party for any reason, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. No charge will be made to your card for final payment if 48 hours notice is given.
