Scout STEAM Badge Workshop

MakeInspires has been proud to work with dozens of Scout groups in our Makerspaces as well as at homes, Scout Houses and special events.

All STEAM Badge Workshops requires a minimum registration of 8 scouts, additional scouts are $35 each (please ignore extra attendees pricing of $55 described under "Add Ons," meant for parties). 26 child maximum capacity in Mamaroneck.

At MakeInspires makerspaces we are most commonly available on Saturdays or Sundays. Certain weekdays are available. On-site Workshops are available any day of the week.

Scout Troop is responsible for attaining the physical badges.

All Scout workshops are an hour long.

Policy

Policy
❖ To ensure the best staffing & experience for your event, fill out the Estimated Headcount as the number of kids who will be invited to the event.
❖ After the Event Request is submitted MakeInspires staff will respond within two business days with a Deposit Request for ~80% of the estimated headcount to confirm the event in our Calendar.
❖ If less or more children attend than the ~80% deposit, the difference will be returned or charged to your card.
❖ Cancellation is required at least 30 days prior to event for a full refund to makerspace account credit.
❖ Refunds for decreased attendance of 5 kids or more will only be considered if notified of final estimated headcount 48 hours in advance of the event.
❖ MakeInspires may use photos of the event for promotional purposes with no names mentioned unless otherwise requested
