Class Experience
Welcome to “Marked By You” where toddlers are encouraged to color outside the lines!
Led by an Art Therapist, babies will explore age appropriate art materials and participate in arts-based sensory play, making their own creative choices.
Utilizing a child-centered approach, we aim to foster big imaginations for our little hands. Each class will encourage your little one to think creatively, navigate a shared space, problem solve and most importantly, have fun!

Will my child get messy?
Well, that depends on the demeanor of your child! By no means do we encourage mess. That being said, we are all about the art-making process and encourage all of our little artists to create freely. We do suggest both babies and caregivers wear clothing that you don’t mind getting messy. As we like to say, your child is washable!
What if my child puts materials in their mouth?
All of the materials we use in classes are non-toxic and are sanitized in between classes. We require a caregiver to be with all children during class to ensure that babies are exploring materials in a safe and comfortable manner. All babies bring objects to their mouths and will learn over time what is for play and what is for eating. *Please wait until after class to feed your child a snack to help create a distinction between food to eat and our materials*
What if my child has allergies?
If your child has any allergies please let us know prior to your arrival at the first class.
Sample Class Format
- Each class begins with an open-ended exploration of an art material (think paint, dough, stamps etc.). When our art-making time is complete, we bring out our carefully curated sensory bins for sensory-play fun!
Other Things To Know
All payments are final. Classes must be cancelled within 24 hours or more to receive a class credit. Class credits must be used within the same semester as it was received. A “no show” will not be refunded or credited towards another class.
Covid-19 Precautions
Proof of vaccination & masks are required in class for all individuals ages 2+. All materials are thoroughly sanitized before & after class. Only one caregiver per child is permitted to attend class.
What To Bring
- We provide all art materials, floor coverings, wipes and paper towels. We reccomend bringing a change of clothing for your baby just incase!
