We like to call it a board meeting as young scholars should be in charge of their learning. Young scholars will listen to a story based on a weekly theme followed by a activity to promote kindergarten readiness. Young scholars will actively participate in learning month, day, year, season, weather, colors, shapes, and numbers. Scholars will develop their social-emotional skills while they listen to peers lead the board meeting.
We understand each child is unique and the more we get to know our young scholars, the lessons will reflect each child's needs.
