Loved:
The medium was great and the company was fabulous per usual. I wasn’t jazzed about the idea of Pop Art but ended up loving it and could have spent all night working away.
Improvements:
Maybe just give a quick example of paint mixing to start before we tested it out.

The feeling of community and the chance to be creative while getting support from others present. Alex was the best instructor ever.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect!

Loved:
It was nice to just have a craft/art night! No pressure. Human interaction :) And I liked the end result of the pictures. You could do whatever you wanted.
Improvements:
Maybe hold off on the background of what we were doing and first do some more basic stroke work to begin with. Get the class started just practicing ink levels and during this then you could talk about the history.

Loved:
Alex is amazing and her enthusiasm is infectious! My daughter loved the lava lamp project and proudly demonstrated it to her grandmother on FaceTime. Alex’s ability to work so well and really understand kids is a gift. Her ability to help them explore their creative side, when so many fun activities have been stifled or canceled due to COVID, is nothing short of amazing!
Improvements:
It would be great to creat a class for the 13-14 year old crew! It’s arguably the one of the hardest ages to be dealing with Covid.
