krista does a magical job working with Veronica. Krista makes Veronica feel empowered. She challenges her to learn concepts about performing effectively. Krista is strickly business yet fun, this characteristic creates respect and captivates Veronica's attention.

perhaps an outline of expectations so that Veronica's mom can review the training program. What are the goals for Veronica at 8 years old. What is the purpose of the classes. Especially since mom and dad are not present during the sessions.

There was open ended exploration for ideas and art. There was a Dropbox for them to view videos.

Making a plan to teach in steps. Using language that is brought down to kids level or explaining specific vocabulary. Being prepared for class and understanding the technology prior to teaching. Making sure to think out what kids need to know before the next step. Telling parents what is needed for the next class so most of class is not spent downloading apps, getting accounts set up , uploading videos..
