is a fantastic way to find comfort in your ever changing body. through all facets of yoga (physical practice or movements, breathing and meditation) we will cultivate awareness and develop comfort measures so that you can connect with your baby. you will find the strength and confidence within you in order to prepare yourself for labor and new motherhood. this class will also provide a community of women with whom you are able to discuss the challenges you are facing as your body transitions into each stage of pregnancy. various stages of pregnancy are welcome and no previous knowledge of yoga is necessary.

For all indoor classes, vaccinations are required and masks will be worn.
How To Participate
Attend class via Zoom video
This class will be hosted on Zoom video conferencing platform. You will receive an email 30 minutes before class starts with a link to the class and access instructions. We recommend you make sure your device is up to date and meets all system requirements before class.

Michelle’s calm, cool, and superb advice includes information about what is happening or will happen during labor and delivery, how the birthing mother and their partner can cope with the pain, and grounding meditations to center both partners before a wild ride. I took this class for my first pregnancy and delivered my baby five hours later- taking it again the second time did not disappoint!!
