DESCRIPTION
In Scratch Level 2, kids create exciting games using mazes, new characters, and different game styles! We build on concepts and vocab learned in level one. Animated projects are a step higher in complexity and creativity and boost kids' confidence in designing and blocks-based programming.
AGE REQUIREMENT: The student must be at least 7 years of age in order to participate.
PRE-REQUISITE: Scratch Level 1
REQUIREMENTS: Windows or MAC PC or Chromebook w/Webcam *No iPads or tablets*

Learning basic code, fun and interesting games.
Improvements:
The instructor went so fast and gave lots of instructions all at once. She would slow down when asked but didn’t ask if everyone was ready to move on to the next step with out moving on It also needs to be mentioned that you must have 2 screens to complete the class for this age it’s way to hard to minimize and re open other screens to use follow along I dont know how anyone could participate without 2 monitors and have a good experience.

Great intro to Scratch! While the program is user friendly, the small class size was essential. It helped keep each child on track and allow them to work at their own pace. My son spent hours outside of class working with the program just for fun!
Improvements:
More class options and times that work for families that don’t live on the east coast.
