Learn foundational music and movement skills through rhythm, improvisation, and tonal recognition in a fun, Suzuki- and Dalcroze-inspired group piano class!
Piano Moves gives your average group piano lessons an integrative movement twist! Using familiar songs, fun dances and partner work, this small class provides students the foundation for excellent music education. Students learn rhythmic and tonal patterns, how to read music, and improvisation and composition skills in 50-minute classes. This includes 15-20 minute semi-private piano lessons in groups of 2-5 students.
Culminating in short performances at the end of every term, Piano Moves teaches students to love performing, become lifelong musicians and movers!
Please register no later than 24 hours before class to ensure you are sent the class materials.
Please note that students require access to a piano or keyboard for this lesson. Please contact Integral Steps for more information on how to find the right piano for you and options for financial assistance.
This class has 30 sessions scheduled. The course is 28 sessions long; 2 additional sessions are included in the price in case of class cancellation. As long as fewer than 2 classes are cancelled throughout the term, no make-up sessions will be scheduled.

My 7-year-old son LOVED camp this week, he came home excited after each day, sharing about what he did and talking about the plan for the next day! He wishes he had more camp with Integral Steps next week!

Response from Integral Steps
Dear Keshia, What a joy to have you and Kia in our demo class! Demo class sizes vary, but this Tuesday class already has 10 amazing students enrolled for our session starting next week - it's almost full, but we have two spots left, and it would be such a joy to welcome Kia. Wishing you a beautiful & musical week - hope to see you next week!

WE LOVE THIS CLASS! The instructor, Ms. Cora, is a phenomenal teacher and my preschooler can't wait for Mondays so she can attend her 'Science class.' The activities are pitched just right for the age group and the music portion is really helpful as a means of introducing children to music theory!
