Class Experience

If your child is playing Dungeons and Dragons with us and just can’t get enough, or needs an even bigger challenge, our D&D Raids are the answer. They’re an opportunity outside their group’s weekly storyline for experienced adventurers to get creative with their character and defeat a weekly challenge. Your adventurer can even gain additional experience and treasure that they can then use in their weekly class.

Our raids promote cooperation, as kids are put in completely random groups outside of their normal adventuring parties to achieve a common goal.

To participate in a raid, children must already be participating in a private game AND you must have at least a 3rd level character in our database.

Our daughter had so much fun in this class. She plays Minecraft most days on her own, but she loved the chance to explore a new server with a group of players close to her age. She learned some new skills and enjoyed the interaction with the instructor and other kids.

Loved:

Great counselors who were able to lead kids of disparate ages through complex imaginary tasks. My daughter didn't have any background or knowledge of D&D type games at the start but learned a lot and had a great time!

Improvements:

Not sure. This past week went really well. It helped that my daughter was paired with a very close friend.

I have been a teacher for more than 7 years – so working with kids is a passion of mine. I have been playing D&D for more than 6 years and have been a DM for more than 4. In total, I have been playing Pokémon for almost 20 years. I love being around kids. It’s never boring, they never fail to surprise you, and seeing a kid have an ‘ah-ha’ moment is one of the most satisfying experiences imaginable. In my free time, I enjoy gaming, reading, and spending time with friends.
