We're offering in-person ALL Dungeons & Dragons for after school fun!
This program is appropriate for kids new to Dungeons & Dragons as well as those who have been on many campaigns. We offer great adventures matched with our groups' age and experience level.
Dungeons & Dragons is a fantasy role-playing game set in an imaginary world based loosely on medieval myth. Players develop characters and go on quests -- game play is driven by narrative storytelling. We love to support those new to Dungeons & Dragons, and help them create a character and learn this complex game.
This program is ideal for social connection! Players work together to coordinate their complementary skill sets to problem-solve and overcome diverse challenges. Their cooperation translates into a sense of belonging and genuine social cohesion.

My son loves Brooklyn Game Lab! He loves being with people who love Magic and other games as much as he does! The instructors are very supportive and quietly work behind the scenes to build self-esteem, resolve the little kiddie conflicts that come up and generate overall positivity.

My son loved the whole day. I heard about two games that he played - Sheriff of Nottingham and something with Battle or battalion. He is already asking us to buy Sheriff of Nottingham for Chanukah.

We don’t just teach kids how to play games; we teach them how to analyze, discuss, and experiment with their own variants in small groups. Our kids are encouraged to think out of the (game) box.Kids who engage in our specialized approach to gaming develop critical-thinking skills like risk and resource management, the art of negotiation and deduction, and long-term planning.
