Delicious Ribeye Dinner

In this dinner class, you’ll learn knife skills, prepping and cooking techniques, herbs/spices, sauces and plating.


• Cajun Style Bone in Ribeye Steak

Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

• Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class

• Live step-by-step cooking instruction

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours

Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So if you'd like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately.

Organized, good quality ingredients


Music would have really loosened up the mood! The instructor can have a lapel mic and control over the volume. The instructor was perfectly fine, but we were expecting a bit higher energy.

The personal instruction from the chef. The culinary tips the chef shared with us. The choice of items to be cooked. The preparation of all the ingredients and the cleanliness of the stations. The continual cleaning and prepping by the assistant.


Too many instructions and ingredients were sometimes given too quickly and we couln't remember which ingredients he said to put in when.

Everything! We had so much fun. I’ve never taken a cooking class before as I don’t consider myself a very skilled or patient cook and after this class I already feel more confident and inspired to recreate the dishes we learned.


I wouldn’t change anything. Everything was so on point, easy to follow, fun and organized. I can’t wait to return.

This year we have joined the virtual world, and utilize Webex to host all of our classes. When you purchase a class, you will immediately receive a link to the ingredient lists and recipes, as well as the Webex link.

We have two locations in Northern Virginia, Arlington and Sterling. We will be offering in-person classes when it is safe to reopen.
